Have just bought a BMW 640D convertible from HN Automotive and cannot be happier. The car was presented in excellent condition and had been put through a full service by BMW, a new MOT issued, and warranty policy included – so total peace of mind that this was a seriously good car. HN clearly sets the bar high in terms of the cars they provide but also in customer service. It was a pleasure to meet with Joe and to leave feeling that this is what car buying should be like. No hard sell, a patient and professional walk through the car’s history and a well-oiled process for completing the admin for purchase, part exchange, and number plate transfer. Thanks again Joe.
